Minimum 2+ years of student counselling / education sales experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience managing or supervising a sales/counselling team:

Immigration counselling
Language training sales
Student admissions / course counselling
Experience handling inbound student leads through phone and WhatsApp:
Experience managing follow-ups, demos, conversions and enrollment targets:
Personally handled student counselling and sales before becoming a manager
