The Performance and Reward Enablement team is a key pillar of the Central P&R; organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. The P&R; Specialist is responsible for delivery and support of P&R; products and processes. The role works in close partnership with Divisional HR, Central Performance and Reward, HR IT, HR Change, as well as liaising with Country HR, to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

Your key responsibilities
Support all process deliverables end to end on all group wide projects
Hands on support and expert advice for P&R; product specialists and global delivery rollout of products, processes or policies e.g. project tracking, planning etc.
Work in partnership with talent acquisition, HRBPHRA’s, Reward advisors and other cross functional teams with HR for all kinds of deliverables.
Manage and contribute to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R; product or process e.g. HR Connect pages, system guides, manager FAQs, HR Direct training etc.
Support and potentially own relationships with relevant stakeholders including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts such as vendors
Manage all the non annual awards related request
