Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
Understand learner needs and recommend appropriate programs.
Support applicants throughout enrollment and onboarding.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Solid communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with valuable follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Experience in education counseling, admissions, or inside sales is preferred.
Basic understanding of AI and technology courses is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
