Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Receive and check incoming raw materials and components.
Maintain GRN, inward, outward and stock records.
Issue materials to production against authorized requisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.
Ensure proper storage, identification and FIFO of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC and Accounts departments.
Maintain proper store documentation and housekeeping.

Requirements:
Valuable knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
Experience with raw materials, stock handling and material issue to production preferred.
Good communication, coordination and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
