Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Promote and sell Accounting Software & Apps through calls.
Qualify leads and schedule online product demonstrations with decision-makers.
Handle deal closure, invoicing and payment collection.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge of Tally is required.
Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales or BPO/Outbound Calling preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
