Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, placement cells, and external recruitment partners.
Assist in recruitment reporting and other HR-related activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Human Resources will be preferred.
Minimum one year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
