A BFSI Trainer (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) is responsible for delivering classroom and practical training to students, preparing them for employment in the BFSI industry, and ensuring quality training outcomes as per NSDC/Skill Development standards.

Customer Service & Sales
Conduct Interview Preparation sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor trainee attendance, progress, and learning outcomes.
Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions.
Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and documentation.
Mentor and counsel trainees to improve retention and performance.
Stay updated with the latest banking regulations, products, and industry practices.
Eligibility
Graduate or Postgraduate
Minimum 2 years' experience in the BFSI industry or as a BFSI Trainer.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid knowledge of banking operations and financial products.
Classroom management and facilitation skills.
MS Office and digital learning tools proficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
