Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Produce furniture, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling layout drawings as required.
Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
Maintain organized drawing records and project documentation.
Assist in preparing drawings for municipal approvals and execution.

Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.:
Knowledge of SketchUp is preferred.
Understanding of architectural and interior construction drawings.
Knowledge of building materials and construction methods is an advantage.




Good attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
Ability to work independently and within project deadlines.
