The Project Manager - Store Expansion & Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the complete store setup process after a franchise agreement is signed.
The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with franchise partners, vendors, architects, branding agencies, equipment suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure every Clenzit store is launched on time, within budget, and as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
Take ownership of every assigned store project from project handover until store launch.
Prepare detailed project timelines and execution plans.
Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to launch schedules.
Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
Franchise Partner Coordination
Act as the single point of contact for the franchise partner during project execution.
Guide partners through every stage of store setup.
Conduct regular progress update meetings.
Resolve project-related queries promptly.
Ensure a smooth and transparent project experience.
Site Evaluation & Measurements
Visit approved shop locations.
Verify site dimensions and technical feasibility.
Coordinate with architects and designers.
Ensure layouts are prepared as per Clenzit standards.
Verify utilities including electricity, water supply, drainage, and ventilation.
Interior Execution
Coordinate execution of:

Plumbing
Painting
False Ceiling
