Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to understand data processing requirements
Develop high-performance and scalable ETL/data processing pipelines:
Optimize batch jobs for performance, reliability, and scalability
Handle large volume data processing, scheduling, and monitoring
Integrate batch systems with databases, messaging systems, and REST APIs:
Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes in a timely manner
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines:
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies:




Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
6+ years experience in
Robust experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above):
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Batch:
Experience in building ETL pipelines / batch processing systems:
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture:
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments:
Understanding of multithreading and concurrency:
Experience with job schedulers (Control-M, Autosys, etc.)

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Spring Boot:
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP):
Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ):
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra):
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Knowledge of containerizat
