We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead and oversee the organization's tax compliance, litigation management, and tax advisory functions across global operations. This role requires a highly competent Chartered Accountant with robust technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day tax-related queries from various departments.
Manage ongoing tax litigation matters and coordinate with external tax consultants.
Evaluate company policies and business decisions that may impact global tax compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to collate tax-related data required for statutory audits and financial book closure.
Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance across applicable jurisdictions.
Work closely with finance and business teams to identify and mitigate tax risks.
Support tax planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
Robust knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, tax compliance, audits, and litigation management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a robust command of English.
Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
