Oversee salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage and motivate staff, conduct meetings, and provide feedback
Handle customer relations and resolve service concerns
Maintain inventory, product sales, and salon hygiene standards
Drive business growth through promotions and client engagement
Requirements:
Previous experience in salon management or beauty industry leadership
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service
Knowledge of salon treatments and products is a plus
