Job Summary:
Responsible for color development, shade approval, and color consistency across production processes to meet the stringent standards of American retailers and brand customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop color recipes and shade standards.
Conduct lab dips and bulk shade approvals.
Ensure color consistency across production lots.
Coordinate with dyeing, printing, and quality teams.
Analyze color fastness and performance test results.
Work with spectrophotometers and color management systems.
Resolve color matching and shade variation issues.
Maintain retailer color standards and compliance requirements.
Support product development and sampling activities.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in têxtile dyeing and color management.
Experience working with American retail color standards.
Knowledge of spectrophotometer operations and color measurement systems.
Understanding of têxtile chemistry and dyeing processes.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
