Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Pickup & Delivery Agent to collect and deliver parcels/products safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders as per schedule.
Handle packages safely and carefully.
Update delivery status through the mobile app.
Collect OTP/signature/payment when required.
Coordinate with customers and the operations team.
Report delivery issues or delays promptly.
Requirements:
10th/12th qualification preferred.
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own vehicle preferred.
Basic smartphone knowledge.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Punctual, responsible, and willing to work in the field.
