Job responsibilities
Applies technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope
Client and Stakeholder management including client consultations, communication of expected completion dates and ongoing expectation management
Contribute to process management and improvement within the team by updating and creating documentation and runbooks in line with engineering standards
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Proxy issues
Collaborate with other IT & business teams to align proxy solutions with organizational goals
Contribute to change management process improvement by building standardized change implementation templates
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members




Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work setting to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
Applies reuse-first, AI-assisted practices within delivery and automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options, ensuring changes are traceable/auditable and aligned to resiliency and security expectations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification in infrastructure disciplines, with 5+ years of applied, hands-on experience.
Hands-on experience installing, migrating, and decommissioning Broadcom (Bluecoat) proxy/security devices: ProxySG, Secure Web Gateway (ISG), Symantec Content Analysis Systems (CAS), SSL Visibility appliances, and Symantec Management Center (SMC).
Experience with SaaS-based secure gateway vendors such as Zscaler and/or Netskope.
