We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to supervise our kitchen operations and lead the cooking team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise kitchen staff and manage daily food preparation.Prepare and oversee authentic Kerala dishes.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.
Plan daily preparation and ensure timely service.
Manage food stock, control wastage, and maintain inventory.
Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Coordinate with management regarding menu planning and customer feedback.
Be actively involved in cooking whenever required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
