Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in inquiries and student counseling sessions.
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
Explain courses, fee structures, and learning programs to students and parents.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their career goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and training teams for lead management.
Support digital marketing activities and lead generation campaigns.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Manage front desk responsibilities and student coordination.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (mandatory).
Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.
Qualified attitude and positive personality.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in counseling, admissions, telesales, customer service, or education industry will be an advantage.
