Job Title: Project In-Charge (Full time)

Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 10 - 12 years of experience in managing interior fit-out or office infrastructure projects. Experience in commercial interior projects or corporate office fit-outs will be preferred.

Role Description: The Project In-Charge (Full time) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising interior fit-out and renovation projects across office premises. The role requires robust in office project management, vendor coordination, commercial understanding,



and interior execution expertise to ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage interior design projects from start to finish.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Supervise design teams and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Manage contractor relationships and ensure quality control.
Oversee procurement of materials and furnishings.
Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development
