Role Summary:
The Senior HR Recruiter leads end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions
Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and workforce plans
Drive employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws
Mentor junior recruiters and improve recruitment processes
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
