About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor overall project execution from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are executed as per approved plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation, coordination, and performance monitoring.
Conduct regular site/project meetings and follow up on pending activities.
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, reports, MIS, records, and trackers.
Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
Coordinate with the site team to identify delays, issues, and operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor material requirements,



procurement coordination, and availability of resources.
Ensure proper documentation of work orders, bills, measurements, approvals, and project correspondence.
Coordinate with finance and administration teams regarding project-related commercial and administrative activities.
Track project costs and highlight major deviations or potential cost overruns to management.
Ensure compliance with company processes, safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Maintain effective communication between management, site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to minimize delays and operational issues.
Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, achievements, and pending decisions.
