Key Responsibilities:
This position will be accountable for sales and top-line revenue for the assigned Property by driving recent sales for the Hotel. This role has two main areas of responsibility:
Direct and indirect Sales-
Generating new sales pipeline and renewals for respective properties in the Property
Create strategy to improve sales, specialized perspective to improve unit sales - profitability - and to deliver positive unit economics.
Should be capable of excellent product orientation (Product knowledge - Assets to Amenities) to potential customer or institutions via different communication medium.
Provide creative ideas and scalable solutions including data management and sales processes to achieve team goals
Work cross functionally with other departments (physical product, construction, and especially legal) to customize offerings and contractual agreements.
Work closely with the sales and revenue operations to constantly analyse results and identify opportunities to improve revenue, systems, processes and programs.




Responsible for forecasting short term and mid
term revenue goals of the cluster and also will try to increase the profitability of cluster with agile pricing tools and local sales strategies to be conceived & ideate on daily basis.
Cluster sales manager will be responsible to create wonderful connect with local (Cluster wise / City wise) potential buyers like - Travel & Trade vendors (Travel Management company), Institutions - Educational and Medical, Off-line Channel & Broker sales, Connects with Administrators and facilities of the TECH parks and Admin connects of factory and production houses. Also to convert all these connects into sales and direct reservations.
Track the local & city market for trends and competition ensuring differentiated positioning for Embassy Group and its projects is secured and maintained at all times in that respective cluster.
