We are building a Banaras-focused Instagram page covering temples, ghats, hidden places, local stories, food spots, cafes, events, and unique experiences through short-form reels.
We are looking for a creative and curious individual who can research engaging ideas and turn them into short, impactful scripts for Instagram content.
Responsibilities:
Research engaging content ideas related to Banaras and local culture
Find trending Instagram reel formats and adapt them creatively
Write short scripts, hooks, captions, and reel concepts
Suggest hidden places, lesser-known facts, and storytelling angles
Assist in planning weekly content ideas and structure
Work closely with the team during content planning
Requirements:
Valuable writing and communication skills
Interest in social media and content creation
Creative thinking and research ability
Understanding of Instagram reels/trends is a plus
Consistent, proactive, and willing to learn
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Prior content writing or social media experience
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
