Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
Explain project details and schedule site visits
Follow up with prospects and update CRM
Coordinate with the sales team to drive bookings
Requirements:
Graduate (preferred), 12th pass can also apply
Fresher can also apply
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Target-oriented with positive follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
