We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team and learn under the guidance of the Head Chef.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff with food preparation.
Help in cutting vegetables, cleaning ingredients, marinating, and basic cooking.
Learn to prepare Kerala dishes, South Indian breakfast items, curries, snacks, and other menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Follow food safety standards and kitchen instructions.
Help with stock arrangement and proper storage of ingredients.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
Be willing to learn and improve cooking skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
