We are hiring a Senior Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience managing and scaling conversion-focused campaigns for e-commerce, DTC and affiliate offers targeting the US market.

This is a remote, long-term position for a specialist who understands direct-response advertising, creative testing, conversion tracking and profitable scaling. We are not looking for a general digital marketer, social media manager or someone whose experience is limited to boosting posts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, launch and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
Build campaign structures for creative testing, retargeting and scaling
Research audiences, competitors, offers and profitable advertising angles
Develop creative briefs for UGC videos, static images and native-style ads
Work closely with video editors and graphic designers
Monitor CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS and overall profitability
Identify winning creatives, audiences and offers
Scale successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
Manage Meta Pixel, events, attribution and conversion tracking




Diagnose campaign, creative, tracking and landing-page problems
Maintain compliance with Meta advertising policies
Prepare clear performance reports and recommend the next actions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Proven experience with e-commerce, DTC or affiliate campaigns
Experience targeting customers in the United States
Solid understanding of direct-response and performance marketing
Practical experience testing and scaling advertising campaigns
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and conversion tracking
Ability to evaluate UGC, native-style and direct-response creatives
Ability to make decisions based on sales, CPA and ROAS—not vanity metrics
Solid English communication and attention to detail
