Provide on-ground support for the smooth execution of organisational activities, events, and community initiatives.
Conduct pre-event field visits to schools, colleges, and activity venues to assess site readiness and requirements.
Identify and report logístical, transportation, operational, and safety requirements to the organising team.
Coordinate with local stakeholders, volunteers, and venue representatives to ensure seamless event arrangements.
Submit timely field visit reports with observations, recommendations, and supporting documentation where required.
Share post-activity feedback, highlight challenges, and recommend improvements to enhance future planning and execution.
