Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute electrical works for high-rise residential buildings
Coordinate with building contractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution
Prepare and monitor material reconciliation reports and ensure proper inventory control
Track project progress and submit weekly/monthly progress reports
Review drawings, BOQ, and ensure work is as per approved drawings and specifications
Liaise with clients, vendors, and statutory authorities for approvals and clearances
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of electrical activities
Maintain documentation and billing records for client submissions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in electrical works for high-rise residential projects
Software: Proficient in AutoCAD for reading and marking drawings
MS Excel skills for reports, MIS, and data tracking
Positive knowledge of LT panels, cabling, earthing, lighting, DBs, fire alarm, and BMS systems
Solid coordination, communication, and site management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience with MEP contractors and working on large residential townships
Knowledge of NBC codes, IE rules, and local authority norms.
