Your Role:
We are looking for a qualified Procurement Sourcing expert to be a part of our company. Tactical Sourcing bridges operational procurement and strategic sourcing. The role focuses on supplier selection, cost optimization, and executing sourcing strategies for medium-term needs.

In this role you will play a key role in:
Conduct RFQs/RFPs and analyse supplier quotations
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement sourcing strategies
Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
Collaborate with category managers and stakeholders
Perform spend analysis and demand consolidation




Support contract creation and execution
Ensure risk mitigation and supplier continuity

Your Profile:
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Supplier evaluation and benchmarking
Cost analysis and savings identification
Stakeholder management
Market awareness and sourcing strategy understanding
Typical KPI’s such asCost savings achieved (%), Supplier performance improvement, RFQ cycle time,
3 to 8 years of experience required
Sourcing tools (Ariba Sourcing, Coupa, Jaggaer), Spend analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, modelling), Contract lifecycle management tools
