Assist customers in planning and booking international tour packages.
Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, travel insurance, and other travel services.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and internal departments to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Provide customers with accurate travel information, documentation, and pre-departure guidance.
Assist with visa documentation and travel-related requirements.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and customer communications.
Stay updated on travel destinations, industry trends, and company products.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
