Urgently looking for Pricing Manager, experienced in Logistics Sector

Job Responsibilities - Pricing Manager (Ocean Freight)
Manage end-to-end pricing activities for Ocean Import and Ocean Export shipments.
Procure competitive ocean freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
Prepare timely and accurate quotations for FCL, LCL, Breakbulk, and Project Cargo shipments.
Negotiate freight rates, local charges, and service contracts with shipping lines and logistics partners.
Support the Sales team by providing competitive pricing and commercial solutions to secure recent business.
Handle RFQs, tenders, and annual rate contracts for key customers.
Monitor market trends, carrier capacity, freight indices, and rate fluctuations to develop competitive pricing strategies.
Maintain and update ocean freight tariffs, rate sheets, surcharges, and carrier contracts.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Documentation,



and overseas offices to ensure seamless shipment execution.
Build and maintain solid relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and transport vendors.
Ensure optimal profit margins while maintaining competitive pricing in the market.
Analyze shipment profitability and prepare pricing, margin, and business performance reports.
Resolve pricing-related queries and support customers with cost-effective logistics solutions.
Keep the Sales and Operations teams informed about market updates, General Rate Increases (GRIs), Peak Season Surcharges (PSS), Bunker Adjustment Factors (BAF), and other carrier surcharges.
Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and commercial guidelines while delivering high levels of customer service.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
