Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the Recent Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets.
The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multifunctional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Business Development (Sales):




Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business plan
Execute sales promotion activities within the assigned territory
Ensure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basis
Identify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined timelines
Maximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders
Ensure contract renewals are in line with company expectations
Track market developments and identify new business prospects
Prepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG)

Customer Services:
Ensure high-quality service delivery to all customers. Maintain solid liaison and communication with clients
Prepare and submit customer reports promptly
Address customer complaints and work with Operations and Back Office to resolve them effectively
Conduct detailed site inspections and SRAs
Generate quotations through the system as per company guidelines Share custo
