Plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance for utilities, machinery, civil and MEP systems to ensure operational readiness.
Manage critical spares, calibrations, AMC execution/renewals, and vendor coordination with performance monitoring.
Lead shutdown maintenance, breakdown analysis, cost control, and continuous process improvement.
Develop SOPs, review work orders and documentation, and ensure statutory compliance reporting.
Support capital budgeting and manage, train, and evaluate maintenance teams.
