We are looking for a energetic Admission Counselor to guide students through the admission process and convert leads into enrollments. This is a target-based, inside sales role involving student interaction, counselling, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career options:
Handle inbound & outbound calls and student inquiries
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions:
Maintain student data and update CRM systems:
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets:
Provide end-to-end support during the admission process
Requirements:
Solid communication and convincing skills:
Comfortable with calling and target-based role:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools:
