Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business leads for recruitment and staffing services.
Schedule client meetings (online/offline) to understand hiring requirements.
Present Skillgenic's recruitment services and explain the hiring process.
Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment agreements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.




Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of client requirements.
Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and sales reports using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
Stay updated with market trends and identify recent business opportunities.

Requirements:
6 Months - 3 Years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Consultancy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Ability to build robust client relationships and work independently.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Experience in recruitment consultancy, HR services, staffing, B2B sales, or corporate sales.
Existing network with HR professionals or corporate clients will be an added advantage.
