Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Plan and monitor production schedules to maximize efficiency.
Supervise production staff and shop floor operations.
Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety and factory regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Handle manpower planning, training, and performance monitoring.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production management.
Experience in mattress, foam, furniture, têxtilepreferred.




Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive knowledge of production planning and inventory control.
Ability to solve production-related issues efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Qualification
Relevant manufacturing experience will be preferred.
