Elite Infotech L.L.C is a UAE and KSA-based company seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Kannur, Kerala.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant who can independently manage the company’s day-to-day accounting operations and financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records, and financial documents.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and management reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and outstanding balances.
- Manage accounting documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and VAT requirements.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and finance matters.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as required.

Required Skills & Experience




- 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and UAE accounting practices.
- Good knowledge of KSA VAT (Saudi VAT) and KSA accounting requirements.
- Practical experience handling VAT-related accounting and documentation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Ability to independently handle complete accounting responsibilities.
- Positive attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
