RingCentral's Security team, partners closely with /n relevant teams such as network, application, and product teams to embed security across our /n products, services, and third party ecosystems. /n Within Information Security, the Security Trust team focuses on trust and enablement: creating /n Security Trust assets that communicate RingCentral's security posture, managing third-party /n risk, and fostering confidence among customers, partners, and the public. /n The Security Trust Analyst plays a critical role in helping ensure the security, reliability, and /n integrity of RingCentral's products, services, and vendors. This role supports both customer /n assurance and third party risk management (TPRM) by translating complex legal, regulatory, /n and security requirements into actionable controls, assessments, and documentation that guide /n customer and sales engagements, and vendor evaluations.
This position helps mitigate risk and /n ensure compliance is integrated into every stage of the customer and vendor lifecycle.This is an /n exciting opportunity to grow within a security concentration that is quickly evolving and bridges /n security, risk, and trust. As a member of the team, /n creative thinking, a solid work ethic, and a passion for developing and delivering excellent solutions /n are a must. /n Work Location: Bangalore /n Work Mode: Hybrid /n Responsibilities: /n ● Customer and Trust Enablement /n ○ Collaborate cross functionally with Security, Legal, Sales, and Product teams to enable /n transparent and efficient customer engagements.
/n ○ Review and approve customer facing materials such as RFPs, questionnaires, and /n whitepapers to verify the accuracy of security and compliance information. /n ○ Maintain and improve the library of customer assurance materials, including /n certifications, security summaries, and trust documentation. /n ○ Translate complex security and compliance topics into clear, customer-friendly language /n that builds confidence in RingCentral's posture. /n ● Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) /n ○ Conduct vendor security assessments, including collecting and evaluating security /n documentation. /n ○ Identify, document, and track vendor risk through the assessment lifecycle ensuring /n appropriate remediation and ongoing monitoring. /n ○ Partner with Legal and Procurement teams to ensure security and risk requirements are /n integrated into contracting and the vendor management process. /n ○ Develop reports and metrics to communicate vendor risk trends, remediation progress, /n and program performance to leadership. /n ○ Continuously improve assessment workflows to enhance efficiency, transparency, and /n alignment within RingCentral's risk appetite. /n ● Governance and Continuous Improvement /n ○ Promote adoption of security and trust processes through training, documentation, and /n communication initiatives. /n ○ Collaborate with internal Audit and Compliance teams to support audits, certifications, /n and evidence collection activities. /n ○ Support the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and /n procedures related to vendor management and customer assurance.
/n ○ Identify emerging risks and technologies, process gaps, and opportunities to strengthen /n RingCentral's overall trust and risk management practices. /n Qualifications: /n ● 3+ years of professional experience in a Security, Risk, or Enablement role with a focus on /n Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), or /n Security Trust. /n ● Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, vendor risk management, and /n compliance/industry best practices. /n ● Working knowledge of Python, Javascript, R to support API integrations /n ● Demonstrated experience using automation or AI driven tools to streamline security /n assessments, reporting, or assurance processes. /n ● Technical Writing: Exceptional written communication and attention to detail, with the ability /n to translate complex security concepts into clear, accurate, and customer facing /n documentation. /n ● Proven ability to partner with Sales, Legal, Privacy, and Engineering to improve customer /n assurance workflows and promote adoption of security initiatives. /n ● Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and visualize /n security metrics for leadership reporting. /n ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex security /n concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. /n ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /n ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field,or /n equivalent practical experience. /n Bonus Points (Nice to Have): /n ● Relevant security certifications such as CISA. /n ● Experience working in a fast paced SaaS or cloud based environment. /n ● Experience with automation platforms, workflow orchestration, or AI for GRC or TPRM. /n ● Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks( e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001,NIST).
