Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Manager to manage and oversee complete security operations at our facility in Lingampalli, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for security manpower deployment, access control, incident management, client coordination, audits, and maintaining a protected and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day security operations and ensure effective deployment of security personnel.
- Prepare and monitor security rosters, attendance and manpower requirements.
- Supervise Security Supervisors, Security Officers and Guards.
- Ensure proper access control, visitor management and vehicle movement.
- Monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarms and other security systems.
- Conduct regular security inspections, patrols and vulnerability assessments.
- Handle and investigate security incidents, theft, unauthorized access and emergencies.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly security reports.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with client and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the client, Facility Manager, Operations Manager and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with police, fire department and other external authorities whenever required.
- Conduct regular security drills, emergency preparedness exercises and toolbox talks.
- Ensure all security personnel are properly trained and follow SOPs.
- Monitor performance, discipline and grooming standards of security staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance of security registers, incident reports and statutory records.




- Identify security risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Manage emergency situations and ensure quick and appropriate response.
- Monitor security equipment and coordinate maintenance wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and applicable statutory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 8–12 years of relevant security experience, preferably in Facility Management / Residential / Commercial / Corporate environments.
- Previous experience as a Security Manager / Security Officer / Security Head is preferred.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, access control, CCTV and emergency response.
- Good leadership and manpower management skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and security reporting.
- Ability to manage emergency situations and make quick decisions.
- Experience in handling security audits, investigations and incident reporting.

Compensation Salary: ₹60,000 per month

Location: Lingampalli, Hyderabad

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with strong experience in managing large-scale security operations and security manpower in corporate, residential facilities.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
