Position Details

Number of Posts: 1 (Security Guard)

Nature of Job: Permanent, Full time

Shift: 12 hours — 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Salary: ₹11,500 per month (maximum, fixed)

Eligibility

- Age: Up to 45 years
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in industrial/factory security, or as clerk, office boy, or similar administrative role
- Must be literate — able to maintain registers accurately

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Keep factory gates/doors locked at all times
2. Open gates only as instructed, for loading and unloading
3. Count goods during loading/unloading and cross-check with challan/invoice
4. Maintain register of goods moving in and out of the factory
5.



Maintain visitor register, and staff/labour attendance register
6. For unknown visitors — verify identity and confirm with the Factory Manager before allowing entry. Unauthorized entry strictly prohibited
7. Remain alert at all times while on duty

8. Maintain honesty and integrity
9. Follow instructions given by management
