Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for client websites.

Day-to-day tasks include performing keyword research, conducting technical and on-page SEO audits, optimizing site content and structure, monitoring rankings, and analyzing performance using web analytics tools. The specialist will manage link-building initiatives, collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices, and prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.



The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO tools to continually refine strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO for optimizing content, metadata, and site architecture.
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues.
- Experience in GEO, AEO (Hands on Experience)
- Proficiency in Link Building strategies, including outreach and relationship-based acquisition.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track, measure, and report SEO performance.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO concepts (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing, structured data).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or performance marketing environment is an advantage.
