The candidate should have proven experience in building scalable marketing strategies that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and brand authority through organic channels. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across SEO, content, marketing automation, and funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B organic growth strategies
Drive inbound lead generation through SEO, content marketing
Build and optimize multi-channel lead generation funnels
Own website traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion optimization initiatives
Develop high-performing content strategies aligned with buyer journeys
Analyze campaign and funnel performance using analytics tools and dashboards
Identify growth opportunities through competitor and market analysis
Improve organic acquisition metrics and customer engagement
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing
Solid expertise in organic marketing, SEO & content strategy,Inbound marketing,Demand generation, etc
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics,Search Console,Ahrefs / SEMrush,HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and lead nurturing
Ability to build scalable marketing plans aligned with revenue goals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
