Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to Urbanrise’s digital properties.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical and content-focused SEO audits, performing keyword research to guide website content and landing pages, and managing link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority. The role involves monitoring and analyzing performance using web analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with marketing, content, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.



The SEO Manager will also stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to continuously refine and improve SEO performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SEO Audits and technical SEO analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in Keyword Research and search intent analysis to inform content and site structure.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building and off-page optimization strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, with the ability to align SEO initiatives with broader digital and brand strategies.
- Relevant experience in SEO management for consumer-facing brands, ideally in real estate or related sectors.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO recommendations clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
