Our mission is to make wellness fun, accessible, and science-backed for everyone. /n We are looking for a Senior Script Writer who can lead the creation of high-performing short-form video content, develop compelling storytelling frameworks, and transform complex wellness concepts into engaging, high-retention scripts that build trust and drive impact across digital platforms. /n /n Roles &

Responsibilities /n /n

- Own the end-to-end scripting process for short-form content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, performance ads, founder-led videos, and product explainers, ensuring high engagement and retention.

/n

- Develop compelling storytelling angles, strong hooks, and narrative structures that simplify science-backed wellness concepts into relatable, credible, and easy-to-understand content.

/n

- Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing, and Video Production teams to translate campaign objectives into high-performing scripts aligned with the brand voice.

/n

- Review, refine, and optimize scripts using creative insights, audience behavior, and content performance metrics to continuously improve watch time, saves, shares, and conversions.

/n

- Maintain consistency in tone,



messaging, and factual accuracy while mentoring junior writers or providing creative direction during script reviews whenever required.

/n /n Requirements /n /n

- 4–6 years of experience in script writing, content strategy, or creative writing for D2C brands, with a strong portfolio of high-performing short-form video content.

/n

- Excellent command of conversational English (Hinglish is a strong advantage) with the ability to write engaging, trustworthy, and conversion-focused scripts.

/n

- Strong understanding of storytelling, audience psychology, and short-form content trends, with the ability to create scroll-stopping hooks and retention-driven narratives.

/n

- Proven ability to simplify science-backed, technical, or informational topics into transparent, engaging, and compliant content without exaggeration.

/n

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams and incorporating performance insights and feedback into content optimization.
