Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Promptly follow up on incoming inquiries, phone calls, and venue visits.
Sales & Conversions: Pitch our space and package offerings to convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.
Event Planning: Coordinate all logistics, menus, decor, and special requirements with clients prior to the event.
On-Ground Execution: Oversee event setup and execution on the big day to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
Reputation & Excellence: Deliver exceptional hospitality to build lasting relationships and enhance our venue's brand reputation.
Who We Are Looking For
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in event coordination, venue sales, or hospitality operations.
Highly organized with a knack for multi-tasking under pressure.
Passionate about maintaining high quality standards and creating memorable guest experiences.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
