Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, placement support, and fee structure.

Admissions
Handle enquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, website, social media, and referrals.
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
Follow up with prospective students to maximize admissions.

Lead Management
Maintain and update student enquiries in the CRM or admission tracker.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.

Career Guidance
Educate students about career opportunities in the VFX and Animation industry.
Assist students in understanding job roles, industry expectations, and skill development.
Conduct counselling sessions for colleges, educational institutions, and career fairs.

Relationship Management




Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, colleges, and educational partners.
Ensure an excellent counselling experience and address student queries promptly.

Marketing & Promotions
Support educational seminars, workshops, webinars, and campus drives.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
Represent the company at education expos and career guidance events.

Target Achievement
Meet monthly admission and enrolment targets.
Maintain high conversion rates through effective counselling and follow-up.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counselling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
