Job Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and identify learning, developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs of children.
Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Speech and Language Delays, and other developmental concerns.
Monitor progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
Counsel and guide parents regarding intervention strategies and child development.
Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic development of children.
Prepare therapy materials and educational resources as needed.

Qualifications:
Special Educator: B.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed.



Special Education (RCI Registered preferred).
Psychologist: M.A./M.Sc. Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
RCI Registration preferred where applicable.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid observation and assessment abilities.
Patience, empathy, and passion for working with children.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
