Description and Requirements:
'- To ensure the NPI performance of India 2nd EMS - Neolync Tirupati Plant. Need In office solid support for Neolync.
Ensure the readiness of NPI 4M during each Tollgates (PVT, Pilot, Ramp, & Approval).
Ensure to execute the NPI activities E2E along with CFT effectively.
On-Time NPI Product delivery with committed FCSQ.
Identify Projects risks & prepare mitigation plans.
Escalate the issues/risks well in advance to CFT, management & seek support.
Attend/lead project meetings (Internal & external) and secure the project's deliverables on time.
Product qualifications & approval on time.
Line Qualifications, PSO approval.
