About the Role:
Own the full employee lifecycle for a growing manufacturing and export organisation serving customers in 100+ countries. A single-owner HR role spanning hiring, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and workplace culture.

Competencies Knowledge (what they must know):
Indian labour law fundamentals: PF, ESI, gratuity, Shops & Establishments, contract labour basics
Payroll structure and inputs: attendance, leave, salary components, reimbursements, F&F; settlements
Recruitment lifecycle across junior to mid-level manufacturing and office roles
HR documentation: offer letters, contracts, policy manuals, disciplinary records

Skills (what they must do):
Run end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding
Manage exits cleanly: resignations, terminations, exit interviews, settlements
Process monthly payroll inputs in coordination with accounts, error-free and on time
Plan and host in-house cultural events,



festivals, and engagement activities
Maintain HRMS data, employee records, and compliance registers audit-ready
Handle grievances and disciplinary processes with documentation discipline
Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance reviews
Work fluently in Excel and HRMS tools; communicate confidently in English and Hindi
