Key Responsibilities
Deliver personality development and soft skills lectures.
Teach topics such as communication skills, spoken English, public speaking, confidence building, body language, and professional etiquette.
Create engaging, student-focused, and interactive learning experiences through recorded sessions.
Maintain confidence, clarity, and energy while presenting on camera.
Coordinate with the production and academic teams during video shoots.
Prepare scripts, lecture plans, notes, and presentation materials as required.
Ensure content delivery is explicit, professional, and easy for students to understand.
Participate in rehearsals, demo recordings, and feedback sessions for content improvement.
Stay updated with modern communication and personality development techniques.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Robust command of spoken English and Hindi.
Confidence in facing the camera and delivering lectures professionally.
Positive body language, voice modulation, and on-camera presence.
Ability to engage online learners effectively.
Creative and energetic teaching approach.
Basic understanding of studio recording environments is preferred.
