Job Summary

Rabbit Stationery Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality control, quality assurance, compliance and product standards across our manufacturing operations. Manufacturing QC/QA experience is mandatory, including knowledge of quality systems, documentation, audits and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily QC and QA activities across production lines
Ensure raw material, in‑process and finished goods quality checks
Develop, implement and maintain quality SOPs and standards
Conduct internal and BIS, ISO audits and ensure compliance with company policies
Coordinate with production, purchase, stores and dispatch teams
Investigate quality issues, deviations and customer complaints




Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Maintain quality documentation, reports and inspection records
Monitor product specifications, packaging quality and consistency
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene and factory compliance rules
Train operators and staff on quality procedures and best practices
Support current product development with quality trials and testing
Work closely with senior management for continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
Minimum 3 years of QC/QA experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory)
Solid knowledge of quality systems, audits, and documentation
Experience in handling quality deviations, CAPA and process control
Valuable communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage QC team and coordinate with multiple departments
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting and quality software/tools
Must be curren
